PREBID CONFERENCE – Web Conference. A prebid conference will be held as discussed in Section 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS at the following date, and time via a web conferencing application:

Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the proposed project site following the prebid conference at the following date, time, and location:

If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed. Emailed questions will suffice as “questions in writing.” If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidder
