Fitness and lifestyle classes are offered by the Healthy Challenge Wellness Program to all employees, retirees and spouses at no cost. Participation will also earn points toward the Healthy Challenge Cash Payout. Availability of the Healthy Habits classes may vary.

Fit Camp

This 45-minute boot camp is designed for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on maximum calorie burn in a short amount of time. A combination of strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, functional movement patterns and teamwork will help participants looking to burn fat, tighten the body, improve strength and build muscle. This class emphasizes getting fit and healthy while challenging the mind and body in ways that make fitness fun. Fit Camp is perfect for those who are looking to burn fat, tighten up their bodies, improve strength and build muscle. Through a combination of strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, functional movement patterns & team work, we are able to achieve these goals together!

This intermediate-level, boot-camp-style, total body workout class is for those ready to challenge themselves using calisthenics, hand weights, bands, speed walking or sprints, and stair climbing. It emphasizes proper form, proper warm-up and cool-down, exercise variety, muscle strengthening and endurance, increasing metabolism, improving flexibility and ways to exercise at home. All fitness levels welcome & modifications provided by the instructor.
Total Body Blast

A class for all abilities and interests, the emphasis here is to increase awareness of wellness mechanics through various physical postures integrated with breathing and relaxation techniques. The class includes a warm-up, breath work, posture (active and passive), and balancing and relaxation elements. There is no perfect way to work through this practice; each participant is encouraged to bring an “as you are” awareness and an attitude toward self-improvement.
