Dianna has worked with line employees up to senior executives in local government HR at the City and County levels and with municipal-owned water and electric utilities, providing guidance in the areas of Employee Relations, Performance Management, Workforce Planning and Development, Safety, Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Compensation, Career Progression Programs, HRIS Implementation, & more.
