About Finding Leo:

What is servant leadership? It is a management style in which leaders prioritize the needs of others over their own needs. Subscribers to servant leadership believe that the growth of individuals drives the overall success of an organization or company.

In Finding Leo, Mathew traces the true-life stories, struggles and enduring wisdom of 10 men and women who changed the world by serving others. He engages the reader in a clear, compelling portrait of this philosophy through analysis of historical and contemporary servant leaders. Based on the 10 characteristics of a servant leader developed by Larry C. Spears, the lessons in Finding Leo provide a practical guide for those looking to seek a path forward.

This is an official activity of Global Entrepreneurship Week, an international movement to empower Entrepreneurs and make it possible for anyone, anywhere to start successfully and scale. You are participating as part of the GEW-North Texas Community.
