Make Your Own Family Coat of Arms - Fort Worth History Center

Coat of arms example

During the Middle Ages, families identified each other by their coat of arms. A coat of arms is the arrangement of colors, symbols and shapes on a shield. Make your own family coat of arms by using stickers, drawing and coloring on a paper shield. Incorporate your favorite animals such as lions, unicorns and dragons.

As part of the cultural fiber of Fort Worth, your library celebrates the arts in all forms. We designed this arts program for families.
