Join us at the Northside Library as we celebrate famous makers and how their innovations impacted the world.

We will watch a short film, talk about how impactful creativity can be and then work through a hands-on activity.

Monthly Topics:

  • March 4: Black Holes and Nobel Prize winning scientist Andrea Ghez
  • April 1: The science of finger printing and Dr. Henry Faulds, who first recognized fingerprints could be used as a means of identification
  • May 6: Create art and learn about the Polka Dot Queen Yayoi Kusma

Your Fort Worth Public Library wants to empower our guests with opportunities for life-long learning. This educational program was designed for teens in Grades 6-12.
