Join Alaina Woolsey with Texas A&M AgriLife during your lunch hour to learn ways to reduce stress. Each of the four virtual sessions will last 40 minutes. You may choose to participate in all four, or choose one or more that interest you.

About the presenter
Alaina Woolsey is a County Extension Agent for Texas A&M AgriLife Extension service, an agency that focuses on research-based education that addresses local priority needs from agriculture and natural resources, horticulture, youth development and health and wellness.
Alaina is a lifelong Tarrant County resident and loves serving the citizens of Tarrant County. As a County Extension Agent for Family and Community Health, Alaina loves to talk about food, nutrition and physical activity. Alaina’s joy is helping people make healthy lifestyle changes sustainable and helping them fall in love with cooking healthy foods. Alaina holds a BS in Nutrition from Baylor University.
