Artist Laura R. Post is bringing her popular Papermaking with Invasive Plants classes back to the Fort Worth Public Library. Immerse yourself in the often messy hands-on processes to create something fun and unique!
The free workshop is designed for adults 18 and older. Advance registration is required and space is limited. Email Lib_AdultServices@fortworthtexas.govto register.
Through the process of forming sheets of paper, participants will learn about the history of papermaking as well as the plants and ecology of the region. Participants will also have the opportunity to create pulp paintings by layering the various plant pulps together to form their own designs. All materials are provided.
