Watch pioneer life take shape with the power of pretzels!

Make your own mini log cabin with pretzel sticks and icing, and learn about the construction of historic north Texas log cabins and log houses. Presented in partnership with Log Cabin Village. The program is limited to a maximum of 25 participants. As a destination for discovery, your Fort Worth Public Library is a location for learners of any age. We designed this program for families with children of all ages.

Take a step back into time with a visit to Log Cabin Village, a living history museum dedicated to public education through the collection, preservation and interpretation of artifacts, representative structures and more from Texas’ pioneer era (1840-1890). Through the help of historical interpreters, pioneer life comes to life for visitors to this City of Fort Worth attraction.
