Human beings long for connection – with our ancestors, neighbors, family and friends.

Collecting, preserving and sharing folklore allows us to connect with our past and gives those who follow us an opportunity to continue that connection.

Join members of the Texas Folklore Society to experience rich stories and music that reflect the culture of our beloved state. Learn about the society’s purpose, background and events. Those in attendance will be invited to the society’s 106th Annual Meeting set for April 17-19 in Fort Worth.
