Parking Citations

A parking citation may be contested or paid within 21 calendar days from the date of citation.

  • A $25 delinquent fee will be added if the citation has not been contested or paid on time.
  • A $50 delinquent fee will be added if the citation has not been contested or paid on time when the offense is Parked in a Fire Lane/Zone, Parked in Disabled Space/Zone or Oversized Commercial Vehicle on a Public Street.
  • An additional 30% collection fee will be added if the citation has not been paid in full within 60 calendar days.

Payments are considered late if postmarked after 21 calendar days from the date of the citation.

The registered vehicle owner or operator may contest a parking citation online, in person or by mail.

Citations contested online shall be within 21 calendar days from the date of the citation using the court’s online system.

Citations contested in person or by mail shall be within 21 calendar days from the date of the citation.
