Neighborhoods included Carter-Riverside, Como, North Tri Ethnic, Diamond Hill, Altamesa, Las Vegas Trail, Bonnie Brae, Greenway, Bomber Heights, and Glen Park.

The scoring process involves identifying and analyzing areas with distressed characteristics, creating objective data profiles and reviewing the data. The objective data staff reviewed included

After reviewing the scores, staff recommended the Como Neighborhood to the City Manager's Office and Council.
