The Chisholm Ridge development is located in far north Fort Worth near Alliance Airport. The planned community was developed by Hillwood RLD, L.P. In accordance with the Neighborhood and Community Park Dedication Policy, Hillwood donated and improved 19.9 acres to serve the Lasater Addition. The improvements included a playground and trail improvements. City Council accepted the park and improvements on May 15, 2007. The park now includes 31.3 acres.
