Located in the Trentman City Addition, Fairfax Park was acquired in 1968 and contains four acres. Among improvements this small linear park has received over the years were playground renovations in 2004 that were funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Interior’s Urban Park and Recreation Recovery and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Community Development Block Grant funds.
