Fun Facts & History

This north Fort Worth park in located in the Heritage Glen Addition. On March 1, 2005, the City Council approved the acceptance of approximately 29 acres of parkland and facility improvements from RH of Texas Limited Partnership in accordance with the Neighborhood and Community Park Dedication Policy. The improvements completed by the developer included 3,750 linear feet of trail, a pond, and three pedestrian bridge crossings valued at $116,466.   In 2006, Parks & Recreation Department staff undertook several Small Capital Projects in city parks, including walk and trail improvements at this park.
