Fun Facts & History

Hulen Meadows Park was acquired in 1986 and is in the Hulen Meadows Addition, Phase III of the development. The park was dedicated through Skinner-Dal-Fed Joint Venture. It contains approximately 23 acres. The park remained undeveloped for a number of years until the residential development of the area became dense enough to support a park. With input from area residents, a master plan for the park’s development was executed in the mid-1990s. The park contains a playground, picnic facilities, and trail. In 2006, it received renovations that included the removal of old playground equipment, installation of new equipment, benches, and an accessible picnic table.
