On May 3, 2011, the City Council approved the dedication of approximately 6.2 acres of parkland and facility improvements from LNR CPI Presidio Apartments, LLC, for Junction Park. The facility improvements included a playground, four benches, trash receptacles, one multi-use court with basketball goal, approximately 415 linear feet of trail, and 13 trees. The Presidio subdivision is located south of Presidio Vista Drive, east of Harmon Road, and west of Tehama Ridge Parkway.
