This 10-acre park was acquired in 2000 and is located in the Lost Spurs subdivision. The City entered into a Communities Facilities Agreement with Lost Spurs Development, Inc. in which the City would reimburse the developer 50 per cent of its costs for park amenities. At that time, this was a fairly new practice offered to developers to encourage park development. By 2001, improvements at the park included a playground, backstop, soccer goals, benches, and walkways. Additional playground improvements should be completed in 2024.
