Fun facts & History

On September 23, 2008, the City Council accepted the dedication of 7.4 acres of unimproved parkland from D.R. Horton-Texas Ltd. to serve the McPherson Ranch addition. The developer also paid a $181,170 neighborhood park development fee in accordance with the Neighborhood and Community Park Dedication Policy.
