Fun facts and History

Normandy Place Park is a small park located in the Normandy Place Addition in the Meadowbrook section of east Fort Worth. It was acquired in 1947. Among improvements it has received over the years were playground renovations in 2004 that were funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Interior’s Urban Park and Recreation Recovery and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Community Development Block Grant funds.
