Fun facts and History

Park Place Park is in the Park Place Addition, which was developed by U.S. Homes, Inc. and Pulte Homes Corp. of Texas. On April 19, 1994, the City Council approved a Communities Facility Agreement with the developers that included 5.8 acres for park development. The deeds for two parcels containing 2.88 acres each were filed in 1995. The park has a playground and a 0.10-mile trail.
