Fun facts and History

Parkwood Hills Park is in far north Fort Worth and was acquired in 1998. The 8.6-acre park received playground improvements c. 2009 funded through a 2004 bond issue. On August 17, 2010, City Council approved the donation of $24,637.90 from Premier Communities Management Company, Inc. for improvements at this and Anderson-Campbell Park. These funds and gas revenue funds were used for trail improvements .
