On January 19, 1999, the City Council accepted the dedication of 7.68 acres from MHI Partnership, Ltd. for Remington Pointe Park with an additional 2.889 acres giving it a total of approximately 10.6 acres. It is anticipated that another 13.5 acres of the required dedication will be acquired in future phases of the development.[1] The park’s name is taken from the housing addition in which it is located. Amenities? The park has a playground, shelter, picnic table and paved walking trail.
