On February 20, 2007, City Council approved the acquisition of 7.32 acres of parkland and facility improvements in the Ridgeview Farms Addition. The developer, Harmon Road/287 Partners, L.P., worked with the Park Department to provide suitable parkland and amenities for the new addition. In accordance with the Neighborhood and Community Park Dedication Policy, the developer made improvements that included a playground and five park benches.
