On December 14, 2010, the City Council accepted the dedication of approximately 6.25 acres of parkland and facility improvements from SJ Rosemary Development, L.P. for Rosemary Ridge Park. The developer constructed improvements consisting of site preparation, a low water crossing, and approximately 2,440 linear feet of trail valued at $73,438. The Rosemary Ridge Addition is located east of Cleburne Road West and west of McCart Avenue.
