Fun facts

Located near Fort Worth’s Chapel Creek area, this 5.03-acre park was dedicated by the City Council on Sept. 11, 2007, for the Vista West subdivision in accordance with the Neighborhood and Community Park Dedication Policy. In accordance with this policy, the developer, FW Vista West, L.P., constructed a playground, 1,200 linear feet of trail, soccer/softball practice field with backstop and goals, picnic stations, benches, a pedestrian bridge and a shelter/pavilion at an estimated cost of $292,006, far in excess of what was required under the dedication policy.[1] It takes its name from the development and is adjacent to its common area and pool.
