Fun Facts and History

Worth Hills Park is tucked inside the Bluebonnet Hills neighborhood which was developed in the 1930s. However, the park was not established until 1972. It likely takes its name from the Worth Hills Golf Course which was located a few blocks to the north. The golf course was sold to Texas Christian University and is now the location of the university’s athletic fields.
