The Palette Program was established to bring together and streamline various independent art initiatives across the city. Led by the Graffiti Abatement Program (GAP), this initiative is dedicated to fostering creativity and providing meaningful opportunities for both artists and the community. With a focus on murals, temporary art installations, community engagement, and sustainability, The Palette Program aims to transform and revitalize public spaces through dynamic artwork.
