The Stormwater Management Division aims to protect people and property from harmful storm water runoff.
Carneal is the point of contact for issues related to stormwater management, including drainage and flooding. She receives reports or concerns related to floodplains, standing water, clogged inlets, stormwater permitting for development and stormwater operations.
