Texas Motor Speedway Area Master Plan

At the direction of the Fort Worth City Council, and under the guidance of a Mayor-appointed advisory committee made up of a broad range of stakeholders, City staff prepared the following master plan for the Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) area. Learn more »

Cavile Place Neighborhood Transformation Plan

The Cavile Place Neighborhood Transformation Plan proposes the replacement of the 300-unit Cavile Place apartments that were built in 1954 with mixed-income housing as the foundation for the creation of a vibrant, sustainable community with new neighborhood retail and business services, and programs that address education, job training, small business development, and healthy lifestyles of residents. Lake Arlington Master Plan

The Lake Arlington Master Plan establishes guidelines and standards to protect water quality within the Lake Arlington watershed, which feeds a drinking water supply reservoir that serves over 500,000 people. Learn more »

Lake Worth Vision Plan (LWVP)

The Lake Worth Vision Plan is the result of a planning process spanning two and a half years that engaged expert consultants, lakeshore residents, nearby property owners, nonprofit stakeholders, the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base and neighboring jurisdictions. The Lake Worth Vision Plan describes and depicts appropriate long range future land uses, development pattern and forms, and recreational uses and facilities on and around the lake. Learn more »

Northside Economic Development Strategy

The Northside Economic Development Strategy Report describes key revitalization opportunities and strategies to address economic development needs in the Northside area. The report outlines eight principle revitalization strategies and includes an implementation plan detailing specific actions intended to bring about the desired future for the Northside area.
