The Fort Worth City Council will conduct a work session at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, in Room 2020 at City Hall, 200 Texas St.

  • Informal reports: Fort Worth History Center opening; New library naming; Proposed transportation projects for the 2021 Tarrant County bond program; Countywide initiatives and partnerships funding category; Sidewalk repair and replacement; Asset forfeiture program; Community center summer day camp program; Family homelessness trends; Monthly development activity report; Police recruit training on civil rights and diversity; Vickery Village mixed-use development; Office of Police Oversight Monitor Mutual Accountability Working Recommendation Community Advisory Board.
  • Presentations: Planned renovation of the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History; Proposed economic development program agreement with GKN Aerospace; Implementation of recommendations from Police Expert Panel; Fire collective bargaining; Assessment of equity in municipal service delivery.
