The Fort Worth City Council work session will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, in Room 2020 at City Hall, 200 Texas St.

  • Informal reports: August sales tax update; Drug testing policy and CBD oil advisory; Forest Park Rides Inc. miniature trains; MyFortWorth app; Municipal regulation of an open container or public consumption of alcohol in the West Seventh Street area.
  • Presentations: Update on Near Southside TIF; Review Council calendar for 2023; Final report on Bitcoin mining pilot program; 2023 housing tax credit policy; Permanent supportive housing; Proposed community police oversight and accountability board.

Other Nov. 1 Council meetings

  • Audit Committee, 11 a.m., Room 2020 at City Hall.
  • Executive session, noon.
