High-tech beauty product manufacturer Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp announced plans to expand operations into Fort Worth. With another facility in Coppell, this will be the company’s second manufacturing facility in the DFW Metroplex.

The company plans to invest approximately $150 million in the advanced manufacturing facility across construction, inventory, robotics, processing and filling technologies. The facility will bring more than 250 highly skilled jobs to the city in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, research and development and quality. The 445,870-square-foot facility, located at Hillwood’s Alliance Texas development, supports the growth of the company’s core business in manufacturing and development of personal care and beauty care products.

“Hillwood is pleased to welcome Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp to AllianceTexas, bringing hundreds of new manufacturing jobs to Fort Worth,” said Samuel Rhea, director of industrial leasing at Hillwood. “Reshoring continues to be an important piece of our regional economic development story, and the beauty industry is quickly becoming a focal point in our growing manufacturing sector here at AllianceTexas.”

“We’re proud to welcome leading beauty manufacturer Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp to Fort Worth.” said Chris Strayer, executive vice president of economic development for the Fort Worth Chamber. “This second facility will create additional jobs and growth in Fort Worth, all while retaining its initial investment in DFW.”

Fort Worth City Council voted in favor of the project and a 10-year tax abatement of up to 70% of the real and business personal property. As part of the tax abatement program, the company will be required to spend 15% of construction costs with certified minority-owned businesses.

“Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp's presence brings another innovation-driven, future-focused company to Fort Worth while also building upon our city’s historic strengths in advanced manufacturing,’ said Robert Sturns, director of economic development for the City of Fort Worth. “We're very pleased to welcome them to Fort Worth as they continue to expand their operations in the DFW area.”

Based in Coppell, BMSC is a certified minority-owned business. The company develops and manufactures beauty care, personal care, and baby care products for leading brands with a focus on innovation, automation and sustainability.

“The growth and success of companies, especially in manufacturing, need great partnerships and great people. BMSC is fortunate to partner with the City of Fort Worth for this ambitious new expansion that will create a new standard in personal care contract manufacturing,” said Peter Song, CEO of Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. “This site will merge new technologies in manufacturing along with the supporting infrastructure and ambitions from the city and our company. Most importantly, it gives us the opportunity to welcome new teammates into our organization for the decades to come.”
