The City of Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department's scope of the project will include demolition of the existing facility and the design of a new facility and associated site improvements, including but not limited to, gymnasium, fitness area, fitness equipment and meeting rooms. The Project may also include the preservation, renovation, and expansion of portions of the existing facility.
