• Arnold Park from Woods Avenue to Clear Lake Street
• Garvey Street from Cold Springs Road to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad
• 12th Street from Samuels Avenue to Woods Avenue
• 11th Street from Samuels Avenue to Woods Avenue
• Mayfield Street from Woods Avenue to 360 feet west of Mayfield Street
• Woods Avenue from NE 14th Street to NE 13th Street
• Easement from Peach Street to alley south of East Bluff Street
• 14th Street from Samuels Avenue to Woods Avenue
• 13th Street from Samuels Avenue to Woods Avenue
• Nash Elementary School from West of Samuels Avenue to Peach Street.
