Altura to Lanark Foster Park Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Altura Road to the north, Hildring Drive East to the east, Lanark Avenue to the south and South Drive to the west.

Cast iron water mains will be removed from Warnock Court, Galway Avenue, Lanark Avenue, and, Inverness Avenue.  

Water and Sewer Main Replacements

• Warnock Court from Altura Road to Galway Avenue
• Inverness Avenue from the Lanark Avenue/Inverness Avenue intersection to East Hildring Drive

Sewer Main Replacements

• Altura Road from Warnock Court to East Hildring Drive
• East Hildring Drive from Altura Road, to the south 238 feet
• Easement between Galway Avenue and Lanark Avenue from 100 feet east of South Drive to the east 1.090 feet
• Easement north of Galway Avenue from 195 feet east and 163 feet  north of the Galway Avenue/Warnock Court intersection then east 65 feet
• Easement between Warnock Court and East Hildring Drive from 120 feet south of Westdale Drive to Galway Avenue
• Easement south of South Drive from 100 feet east and 100 feet north of the South Drive/Galway Avenue intersection, the north 134 feet
• Easement north of Galway Avenue from 100 feet east and 100 feet north of the South Drive/Galway Avenue intersection, then southeasterly 590 feet then easterly 200 feet

Water Main Replacement

• Galway Avenue from South Drive to Inverness Avenue
• Lanark Avenue from South Drive to East Hildring Drive

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Council District 3. Construction will impact the Foster Park neighborhood association.
