Water mains are being replaced in an area east of Collard Street, between Avenue J and Avenue K. The affected streets include:

• Avenue J from Collard Street to Little Street (water and paving) Council District 8
• Avenue K from Collard Street to Bishop Street (water and paving) Council District 5

City-owned lead service lines will also be removed and replaced. 

This capital improvement project is part of a three-part project that includes Desert Ridge and Kilpatrick Infrastructure Improvements and Marion Avenue Infrastructure Improvements.
