Ayers Avenue to Lloyd Avenue Water and Sewer Improvements

Sanitary sewer lines and water lines will be replaced in an area that spans two Fort Worth Council districts – District 5 and District 11.

The project area is bound by Avenue G and East Rosedale Street to the north, Lloyd Avenue to the east, Ramey Avenue to the south and South Ayers Avenue  to the west.

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project includes the removal of cast iron water lines in the following segments.

• Schmidt Street
• Miller Avenue
• Avenue N

Council District 5 and Council District 11

• Miller Avenue from Avenue J to Avenue N (water and sewer)

Council District 5

• Avenue J from Miller Avenue to South Hughes Avenue (water and sewer)
• Coleman Avenue from Avenue H to Avenue N (water and sewer)
• South Hughes Avenue from Avenue J  to Avenue N (water and sewer)
• Garrison Avenue from Avenue N to Ramey  Avenue (water and sewer)
• Easement west of Garrison Avenue from 240 feet west of the Garrison Avenue/Ramey Avenue intersection then north 400 feet (sewer)
• Easement north of Avenue N from 210 feet north of the Avenue N/South Hughes Avenue intersection, then east 530 feet (sewer)

Council District 11

• Schmidt Street from Avenue M, then north 1,010 feet (water and sewer)
• Arch Street from Avenue J then south 1,220 feet (water and sewer)
• Wallace Street from Avenue L then south 265 feet (water and sewer)
• Avenue M from Otto  Street to Miller Street (water and sewer)
• Avenue N from the Miller Avenue/Avenue N intersection then west 1,440 feet (water and sewer)
• Avenue L from Otto Street to Schmidt Street (water and sewer)
• Otto Street from Avenue M to Avenue L (water)
• Easement between Avenue L and Avenue M from South Ayers Avenue to Wallace Street (sewer)
• Easement south of Avenue J from 480 feet south and 370 feet west of the Avenue J/Arch Street intersection, then west 680 feet (sewer)
• Easement south of Avenue L from 270 feet south of the Avenue L/Arch Street intersection  then west 480 feet (sewer)

This project is in the Polytechnic Heights South and the Stop 6/Poly Oversight neighborhood association area. Project landmarks include SS Dillow Elementary School and Eastover Park.
