Bilglade, Selkirk and Inverness Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Lanark Avenue at the northern end, Granbury Road to the east, Southwest Loop 20 at the southern end, and South Drive to the west.

Cast iron water lines will be removed from the following:

• Bilglade Road
• Selkirk Drive
• Inverness Avenue

Water and Sewer Line Replacement

• Selkirk Drive West from South Drive to Inwood Road

Water Line Replacement

• Bilglade Road from South Drive to Hildring Drive East
• Inverness Avenue from Southwest Loop 820 to Whitfield Avenue
• Inverness Avenue from Selkirk Drive West to Bilglade Road
  
  

Sewer Line Replacement

• Easement between Lanark Avenue and Bilglade Road from 175 feet south and 100 feet east of the Lanark Avenue/South Drive intersection to Hildring Drive East
• Easement between Bilglade Road and Selkirk Drive West from 170 feet south and 90 feet east of the South Drive/Bilglade Road intersection to, 1,575 feet east then 200 feet south
• Easement between Selkirk Drive West/Whitfield Avenue from 160 feet south and 120 feet east of the Selkirk Drive West/South Drive intersection, then east 1,580 feet
• Easement between Whitfield Avenue and Interstate 20 from 90 feet south and 135 feet east of the Whitfield Avenue/South Drive intersection , then east 1,620 feet
• Easement south of Selkirk Drive East from 200 feet west of the Inwood Road/Selkirk Drive East intersection then south 145 feet

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 3. Southcliff Church and Wedgwood Academy border the project area. 

The Foster Park neighborhood association will be impacted by construction.
