Bluebonnet Hills and Westcliff Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Existing water and sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by:

• Benbrook Boulevard to the north
• Bluebonnet Circle to the east
• South Hills Avenue to the south, and
• Stadium Drive to the west. 

Landmarks include Texas Christian University, Trinity Episcopal Church and Worth Hills Park.

Fort Worth Water management has committed to replacing a minimum of 20 miles of cast iron pipe every year. Currently, there are approximately 100 miles of cast iron mains at various stages of design for replacement in fiscal year 2023 and beyond.

With this project, cast iron water lines will be replaced in five streets:

• Stadium Drive

• Worth Hills Drive

• Harwen Terrace

• West Biddison Street, and

• Park Ridge Boulevard

• Stadium Drive from South Hills Avenue to Worth Hills Drive

Water Improvements

• Harwen Terrace from South Hills Avenue to Worth Hills Drive
• Worth Hills Drive from Stadium Drive to West Biddison Street
• West Biddison Street from Stadium Drive to Bluebonnet Circle
• Park Ridge Boulevard from Bluebonnet Circle, then southwest 960 feet

Sewer Improvements

• Benbrook Boulevard from 280 feet east of the Stadium Drive/Benbrook Boulevard intersection, then north 50 feet
• Odessa Avenue from 60 feet west of the Odessa Avenue/Benbrook Boulevard intersection, then southwest 175 feet
• Easement south of the Benbrook Boulevard right-of-way from 150 feet east of the Benbrook Boulevard/Stadium Drive intersection ,then east 215 feet
• Easement west of Odessa Avenue from 150 feet west of the Odessa Avenue/Benbrook Boulevard intersection, then southeast 485 feet
• Easement east of Stadium Drive from 150 feet east of the Benbrook Boulevard/Stadium Drive intersection, then south 700 feet
• Easement between Benbrook Boulevard and Worth Hills Drive from 150 feet south and 150 feet east of the Benbrook Boulevard/Stadium Drive intersection, then east 160 feet
• Easement between Worth Hills Drive and West Biddison Street from 30 feet north and 105 feet east of the Hilltop Road/Stadium Drive intersection, then east 170 feet
• Easement east of Worth Hills Drive from 470 feet west of the Lamesa Place/Rogers Avenue intersection to Park Ridge Boulevard
• Easement west of Rogers Avenue from 185 feet east and 40 feet north of the West Biddison Street/Worth Hills Drive intersection -  then north 295 feet , then northeast 60 feet, then north 205 feet
• Easement south of Worth Hills Drive from 147 feet south and 75 feet east of the Worth Hills Drive/Harwen Terrace intersection, then southeast 147 feet
• Easement between Worth Hills Drive and West Biddison Street from 170 feet south and 90 feet east of the Worth Hills Drive/Harwen Terrace intersection, then east 490 feet
• Easement south of West Biddison Street from 205 feet south and 60 feet east of the West Biddison Street/Harwen Terrace intersection, then east 170 feet
• Easement between West Biddison Street and South Hills Avenue from 55 feet north of the Stadium Drive/West Biddison Street intersection, then east 260 feet
• Easement east of Stadium Drive from 175 feet east of the Stadium Drive/South Hills Avenue intersection, then north 950 feet
• Easement between Rogers Avenue and West Biddison Street from 210 feet north and 100 feet east of the Rogers Avenue/Harwen Terrace intersection, then northeast 820 feet
• Easement between Park Ridge Boulevard and Rogers Avenue from 170 feet north and 60 feet east of the Park Ridge Boulevard/Harwen Terrace intersection, then northeast 925 feet

This project is in  Fort Worth Council District 9. The western edge of the project touches Fort Worth Council District 3. Construction will impact the Bluebonnet Hills neighborhood association and  Westcliff neighborhood association.
