Existing water and sanitary sewer mains in an area bound by Gaston Avenue to the north, Marks Place to the east, Vickery Boulevard to the south and Benbrook Highway/Hwy. 377 to the west will be replaced.

Ewing Avenue from Fairfax Street to Penrose Avenue (water)
Culver Avenue from Fairfax Street to Penrose Avenue(water)
Arlie Avenue from Fairfax Street to Penrose Avenue (water)
Willis Avenue from Benbrook Highway to Old Benbrook Road (water)
Dilworth Court from Willis Avenue to Willis Avenue (water)
Benbrook Highway from Lyndon Drive to Willis Avenue (water and sewer)
Lyndon Drive from Highway Drive to Mayfair Street (water and sewer)
Mayfair Street from Lyndon Drive to Willis Avenue (water and sewer)
Fairfax Street from Willis Avenue to Wycliff Street (water)
Wycliff Street from Royal Drive to Fairfax Street (water and sewer)
Cedarhill Road from Culver Avenue to Aberdeen Drive (water)

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 3. The improvements are east of the city of Benbrook and north of Ridglea Country Club Estates. Construction will impact customers in the Bomber Heights area.
