This intersection improvement project involves:

• Constructing a 100' narrow raised median along Horne Street (from Camp Bowie Boulevard to the north)
• Converting Locke Avenue and Camp Bowie Boulevard service approaches into right-in, right-out only.
• Removal a portion of Rosedale Street (from Horne Street to the east)
• Reconstructing a new outside lane for Camp Bowie that can only access Rosedale Street or Locke Avenue.

This project is in Council District 3.
