Diamond Hill Jarvis Area - Nichols to Schwartz - Water and Sewer

Existing sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by NE 38th Street to the north, Schwartz Avenue to the east, NE 31st Street and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to the south and Nichols Street to the west.

The project area includes Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School, WA Meacham Middle School, MH Moore Elementary School, and Diamond Hill-Jarvis Fort Worth Public Library.

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in the following streets.

Decatur Avenue from 145 feet south of the Decatur Avenue/37^th Street intersection to north 360 feet (sewer)
36^th Street from Decatur Avenue to Schwartz Avenue (water and sewer)
35^th Street from Decatur Avenue to Weber Street (water)
Hardy Street from 35^th Street to 37^th Street (water)
Weber Street from 37^th Street to 35^th Street then 180 feet south (water)
Weber Street from Maydell Street to 33^rd Street (water)
34^th Street from Hampton Street to Weber Street (water and sewer)
Dixie Street from Decatur Avenue to Long Avenue (water)
Hampton Street from 34^th Street to 35^th Street (water)
Long Avenue from Weber Street to west 660 feet (water and sewer)
33^rd Street from Decatur Avenue to Weber Street (water)
Strohl Street from 33^rd Street to Decatur Avenue (water and sewer)
Glendora Street from Strohl Street to 190 feet east (sewer)

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in the following easements.

Easement south of NE 37^th Street from Decatur Avenue to Hardy Street (sewer)
Easement west of Hardy Street from 180 feet west of the NE 36^th Street/Hardy Street intersection to north 470 feet (sewer)
Easement east of Weber Street from 240 feet south and 170 feet east of the NE 36^th Street/Weber Street intersection to north 1,050 feet (sewer)
Easement north of NE 36^th Street from 170 feet and 180 feet north of the NE 36^th Street/Weber Street intersection to west 105 feet (sewer)
Easement south of NE 36^th Street from 170 feet east and 210 feet south of the NE 36^th Street/Weber Street intersection to west 105 feet (sewer)
Easement east of Decatur Avenue from 160 feet east of the Decatur Avenue/NE 34^th Street intersection to Maydell Street (sewer)
Easement west of Weber Street from 295 feet west of the Weber Street/NE 34^th Street intersection to East Long Avenue (sewer)
Easement between Strohl Street and Hardy Street from the Burleson Northern Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way to north 700 feet (sewer)
Easement north of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way from 460 feet south and 180 feet east of the Glendora Street/Strohl Street intersection to northeast 430 feet (sewer)

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 2. Construction will impact the Diamond Hill-Jarvis neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
