Existing sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by NE 38th Street to the north, Schwartz Avenue to the east, NE 31st Street and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to the south and Nichols Street to the west.
The project area includes Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School, WA Meacham Middle School, MH Moore Elementary School, and Diamond Hill-Jarvis Fort Worth Public Library.

Easement south of NE 36th Street from 170 feet east and 210 feet south of the NE 36th Street/Weber Street intersection to west 105 feet (sewer)
Easement east of Decatur Avenue from 160 feet east of the Decatur Avenue/NE 34th Street intersection to Maydell Street (sewer)
Easement west of Weber Street from 295 feet west of the Weber Street/NE 34th Street intersection to East Long Avenue (sewer)
Easement between Strohl Street and Hardy Street from the Burleson Northern Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way to north 700 feet (sewer)
Easement north of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way from 460 feet south and 180 feet east of the Glendora Street/Strohl Street intersection to northeast 430 feet (sewer)
This project is in Fort Worth Council District 2. Construction will impact the Diamond Hill-Jarvis neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
