This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in the City of Fort Worth and the City of River Oaks. The water and sewer mains are maintained by the City of Fort Worth.

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 27^th Street to the north, Ephriham Court and Belle Avenue to the east, Yale Street at River Oaks Boulevard to the south and Grayson Avenue to the west.

• The portion that is in the City of Fort Worth is from NW 27th Street to Jacksboro Highway. 
• The portion that is in the City of River Oaks is from Jacksboro Highway to Yale Street. 

The affected streets include:

• Ephriham Avenue/River Oaks Boulevard intersection from Yale Street to NW 27^th Street (water and sewer)
• McGown Avenue from NW 24^th Street to Ephriham Avenue (water and sewer)
• Jacksboro Highway from the intersection with Ephriham Avenue to south 340 feet (water)
• Ephriham Court from Ephriham Avenue to 930 feet south (water)
• Quail Trail from River Oaks Boulevard to Meeker Boulevard (water)
  
  

The affected easements include:

• The easement between Azle Avenue and 27^th Street from Grayson Avenue to Ephriham Avenue (sewer)
• The easement west of Jacksboro Highway from 300 feet west of the River Oaks Boulevard /Jacksboro Highway intersection to 300 feet southwesterly (water)
  
  

This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 2 and the City of River Oaks. Construction will impact the Fort Worth’s Greater Northside Historical neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
