Sanitary sewer mains and water mains are being replaced in north Fort Worth and on Oak Grove Road in south Fort Worth. This capital improvement project is in Council District 2 and Council District 8. 

The affected streets and alleys include:

Council District 2

• Angle Avenue from 152 feet southeast of Loraine Street to NW 30^th Street (water and sewer);
• NW 29^th Street from Angle Avenue to Pearl Avenue (water and sewer);
• Alley between Clinton Avenue and Houston Street from 30th Street to 31st Street (sewer);
• Alley between Ross Avenue and Clinton Avenue from 29^th Street and 30^th Street (sewer);
• Prospect Avenue from 585 feet south of 31^st Street to 585 feet south of 31^st Street (sewer/point repair);
• Alley between 29^th Street and Loraine  Street from Angle Avenue to 145 feet west of Angle Avenue (sewer);
• Alley between Clinton Avenue and Ross Avenue from West Long Avenue to 250 feet north of NW 34^th Street (sewer);
• Alley between Ellis Avenue and North Houston Street from Long Avenue to 200 feet north of NW 34^th Street (sewer);
• Alley between Ellis Avenue and Main Street from 130 feet north of NW 34^th Street to 135 feet south of NW 32^nd Street (sewer);
• Alley between North Main Street and North Commerce Street from East Long Avenue to NW 34^th Street (sewer);
• Alley between Clinton Avenue and North Houston Street from West Long Avenue to 250 feet north of 34^th Street (sewer);
• NW Loraine Street from Angle Avenue to 210 feet west of NW Loraine Street (sewer);
• Gould Avenue from NW 29^th Street to 320 feet south of NW 29^th Street (sewer);
• Alleyway between NW 29^th Street and NW 30^th Street from Pearl Avenue to Angle Avenue (sewer);
• Pearl Avenue from 100 feet north of NW 29^th Street to 315 feet north of NW 29^th Street (sewer);
• Market Avenue from NW 29^th Street to 280 feet north of Market Street (sewer);
• Easement between Loraine Street and NW 29^th Street from 85 feet east of Angle Avenue to Lincoln Avenue (sewer).

Council District 8

• Oak Grove Road from Everman Parkway to Enon Road (sewer). 

Construction will impact the Far Greater Northside neighborhood association and the Diamond Hill Jarvis neighborhood association.
