Foster Park Neighborhood Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in the Foster Park neighborhood association area. The boundaries include Westdale Drive to the north, South Drive to the east, Interstate 20 to the south and South Hulen Street to the west. Overton Park Plaza is to the west of the project and Willow Lake is north of the project.

Cast iron water mains will be removed on Whitfield Avenue, Selkirk Drive West, Bilglade Road, Lanark Avenue and Westlake Drive.

Construction includes:

• Westlake Drive from Interstate Hwy. 20 to Westdale Drive (water)
• Lanark Avenue from Westlake Drive to South Drive (water)
• Bilglade Road from Lanark Avenue to South Drive (water)
• Selkirk Drive West from Lanark Avenue to South Drive (water)
• Whitfield Avenue from Westlake Drive to South Drive (water)
• Easement between Westlake Drive and South Hulen Street from 220 feet east of the South Hulen Street/Westdale Drive intersection, south 250 feet (water)
• Easement between Westdale Drive and Lanark Avenue from Westlake Drive to the east 125 feet, then northeast 90, then west 680 feet (sewer)
• Easement south of Lanark Avenue from 180 feet south and 350 feet southwest of the Lanark Avenue/Bilglade Road intersection, then  290 feet northeast then 285 feet east (sewer)
• Easement between Selkirk Drive West and Whitfield Avenue to 145 feet east of the Lanark Avenue/Westlake Drive intersection to 230 feet south then 1,280 feet east (sewer)

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 3 and the Foster Park neighborhood association.
