The final Phase 4 of this project will involve the construction of storm drain lines, some sanitary sewer lines, and street repaving on Greenfield Road (east of Cindy Lane), Tee Head Drive, North Hill Road (Lea Crest Lane to Tee Head Drive) and ditch re-grading along Cindy Lane.  Fort Worth Civil Constructors, LLC is the contractor on this project and will begin construction on June 5, 2023 with a planned ending date of June 4, 2024.

May 2023 Update

• We have held a preconstruction meeting with inspection staff and a community meeting with residents.
• The contractor is in the process of preparing shop drawings and securing materials for the project.
• Construction will begin on Cindy Lane in June 2023 with borrow ditch improvements.

General Project Schedule

June & July 2023 – Cindy Lane grading from North Ridge to Greenfield Road

July & August 2023 –Greenfield Road storm drain construction from 6115 Greenfield to Cindy Lane

August thru December 2023 – North Ridge Road storm drain and sanitary sewer from Lea Crest to Tee Head Drive

December thru February 2024 – Tee Head Drive storm drain and sanitary sewer from North Ridge to Greenfield Road

February thru May 2024 – Greenfield Road storm drain and sanitary sewer from 6110 Greenfield Road east to the dead end

April thru May 2024 – Road paving starting on North Ridge Road then Tee Head Drive and finishing on Greenfield Road
