Existing water mains and sewer  mains will be replaced in a project area bound by NE 28^th Street to the north, North Riverside Drive to the east, Springdale Road to the south, and North Sylvania Avenue to the west.

Cast iron water mains will be replaced in:

• Blandin Street
• Hollis Street
• Nelson Street
• Watauga Road
• And Selma Street

Water and Sewer Main Replacements

• Blandin Street from Springdale Road to NE 28^th Street
• Nelson Street from Selma Street to Watauga Road
• Watauga Road from Nelson Street to North Chandler Drive
• Selma Street from Blandin Street to North Chandler Drive

Water Main Replacements

• Hollis Street from North Sylvania Avenue to Grace Avenue
• Hollis Street from Blandin Street to North Riverside Drive
  
  

Sewer Main Replacements

• Easement between North Sylvania Avenue and Grace Avenue from Ivey Street to Springdale Road
• Easement between Grace Avenue and Blandin Street from Hollis Street to Ivey Street

This Fort Worth Water Capital Project Delivery project is in Council District 11. Construction will impact the Bonnie Brae neighborhood association, the Carter Riverside neighborhood association as well as the Riverside Alliance. 

Landmarks include Mount Olivet Cemetery, Springdale Elementary School, Riverside Middle School and Carter Riverside High School.
