Existing water lines and sanitary sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by John T White Road to the north, Blue Carriage Lane to the east, Anderson Boulevard to the south and Williams Road to the west.

The water line in Williams Road is cast iron pipe.
Construction will impact the John T White neighborhood association as well as the Historic Randol’s Mill Valley Alliance. Landmarks include the John T White Elementary School, Fort Worth Fire Station #7 and Cobblestone Park.
This project was previously called the East Fort Worth Tri-District Water and Sewer Improvement project when Fort Worth Water hosted a WebEx community design meeting in January 2023. Since then the project has been broken down in to two parts.

Fort Worth Water is hosting an in-person community construction meeting on Monday, October 30, for the John T White Road and Williams Road Water and Sewer Improvement project. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. Calvary Baptist Church - located at 625 Williams Road - is our host.
